The yings and Yang's running YHOO might want to get a grip. Let shareholders vote on the 50% increase in the stock price that MicroSoft offered up. They were dead in the water and truth be told, might still sink. MicroSoft is throwing them a life raft and they don't even know it. Or believe it. This will get good before it's over.
